What it does
- Can retain container positions while arranging other items around them.
- Optional batch sorting processes open eligible inventories.
Install & start using it
- Open the Workshop page and subscribe using the Steam account that owns the game.
- Let Steam finish downloading, enable the mod in the game’s Mods menu, then restart.
- Right-click an empty grid cell and choose smart sorting. F6 opens settings.
Known limits & compatibility
- Do not move items during calculation. A new layout or extra free space is not guaranteed; the author says full in-game acceptance is unfinished.
Update or remove
Steam manages Workshop updates. To stop using the mod, disable it in Mods and restart; unsubscribe if you no longer want Steam to download it. Follow the author’s save-specific removal notes where provided.
